About Elsuki Healthtech LLP
Elsuki Healthtech LLP ("Elsuki", "we", "us", or "our") is a technology-driven digital health aggregation platform that enables customers to discover, book, and pay for diagnostic services offered by independent partner laboratories through the Elsuki mobile application and website.
Elsuki acts solely as a technology intermediary and payment facilitator and does not itself provide medical, diagnostic, or clinical services.
Elsuki operates solely as a digital marketplace and technology platform facilitating interactions between customers and independent healthcare service providers, including diagnostic laboratories. Elsuki does not own, operate, or directly provide healthcare, diagnostic, pathological, radiological, or medical services. All diagnostic services available through the Platform are independently provided by respective Partner Laboratories.
Scope & Applicability
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Elsuki Platform, booking and availing diagnostic services through the Platform, customer responsibilities and obligations, and report delivery and related disputes.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform including registered users, guest users, and individuals booking services on behalf of patients.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable Indian laws.
Definitions
Platform
The Elsuki mobile application, website, and supporting technology infrastructure.
Customer
Any individual accessing the Platform to book or avail diagnostic services.
Partner Lab
An independent diagnostic laboratory empanelled on the Platform.
Diagnostic Services
Pathological, biochemical, microbiological, radiological, or related investigations booked through the Platform.
Booking
A confirmed order placed through the Platform.
Report
The diagnostic result document generated by the Partner Lab.
Phlebotomist
A certified sample collection professional.
TAT
Turnaround Time for report delivery.
Platform Access & Registration
Users may be required to create an account by providing accurate and updated information including:
- Name
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Date of Birth
- Sex
User Responsibilities
- Maintaining account confidentiality;
- Protecting login credentials;
- Providing accurate information;
- Reporting unauthorized access immediately.
Elsuki reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of fraud, misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Technical Downtime
Elsuki does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuous availability of the Platform and reserves the right to temporarily suspend, restrict, modify, or discontinue services for maintenance, upgrades, cybersecurity protection, operational improvements, or unforeseen technical circumstances.
Communication Consent
By accessing or using the Platform, Customers consent to receive calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, emails, push notifications, reminders, report notifications, transactional alerts, promotional communication, and operational updates from Elsuki and its authorized partners.
Account Suspension
Elsuki reserves the right to suspend, restrict, disable, or permanently terminate user access without prior notice in cases involving misuse, fraud, abusive behaviour, suspicious activity, unlawful conduct, chargeback abuse, or violation of Platform policies.
Booking of Diagnostic Services
Booking Process
Customers may book tests or health packages through the Platform by selecting:
- Tests/packages;
- Preferred laboratory;
- Home collection or centre visit;
- Appointment slot;
- Payment method.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and booking confirmation notification.
Dynamic Pricing
Elsuki reserves the right to provide promotional, campaign-based, seasonal, or dynamic pricing for selected tests, health packages, laboratories, services, or geographical areas without prior notice.
Price Variation
Prices displayed on the Platform may vary between Partner Laboratories depending on operational costs, geographical location, laboratory infrastructure, promotional campaigns, collection requirements, or service availability.
Collection Charges
Home sample collection charges may vary depending on customer location, selected laboratory, urgency, order value, collection timing, accessibility, and collection method. Free collection offers may be subject to minimum order value conditions.
Home Collection
For home collection services:
- Customers must provide an accessible and hygienic collection environment;
- Patients must remain available at the scheduled time;
- Pre-test instructions must be followed.
Centre-Based Collection
Customers opting for laboratory visit collection must carry:
- Valid government-issued ID;
- Booking confirmation details.
Report Delivery & Accuracy
Diagnostic reports are generated exclusively by Partner Laboratories and delivered digitally through the Platform.
- Reports will be available within the estimated TAT;
- Customers will receive report notifications;
- Critical values may be communicated separately where necessary;
- Incorrect reports due to laboratory error may qualify for re-test or refund.
Clinical Accuracy
Elsuki does not guarantee clinical accuracy of reports and shall not be responsible for medical interpretation or healthcare decisions made based on reports.
Lab Responsibility
All diagnostic testing, report generation, medical interpretation, quality control, accreditation compliance, and clinical validity remain the sole responsibility of the respective Partner Laboratory providing the Diagnostic Services. Elsuki shall not be responsible for medical decisions or clinical interpretation based on reports generated by Partner Laboratories.
TAT Disclaimer
Turnaround times displayed on the Platform are indicative estimates and may vary depending on sample quality, logistics, technical issues, laboratory workload, operational conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate patient information;
- Follow all preparation instructions;
- Ensure timely availability for collection;
- Avoid abusive or fraudulent behavior.
Service Refusal or Cancellation
Elsuki reserves the right to refuse or cancel services in cases of misconduct.
Customer Information Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate patient information including name, age, sex, address, contact details, and booking information. Elsuki shall not be responsible for failed collections, delays, incorrect reports, or operational issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Elsuki:
- Does not provide medical advice, prescriptions, or treatment recommendations;
- Acts solely as a technology intermediary;
- Is not responsible for clinical accuracy of diagnostic services;
- Shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Maximum Liability
Maximum liability of Elsuki shall not exceed the booking amount paid for the disputed order.
The Platform is not intended for medical emergencies.
No Medical Advice
Elsuki does not provide medical consultation, prescriptions, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency healthcare services. Information, reports, health packages, and wellness-related content available on the Platform are intended solely for informational and preventive health awareness purposes. Customers are advised to consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice and interpretation of diagnostic reports.
Educational & Informational Content Disclaimer
Health-related content, test information, biomarker explanations, wellness insights, preventive healthcare information, research summaries, articles, recommendations, reference ranges, package descriptions, educational materials, and related content made available through the Elsuki Platform, including the mobile application, website, digital communications, notifications, marketing materials, social media content, customer support interactions, or any physical or digital informational material, are intended solely for general informational and educational purposes.
Such content may be derived from publicly available medical literature, research publications, clinical references, healthcare guidelines, or third-party sources and should not be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, clinical opinion, self-treatment guidance, or substitute for professional healthcare consultation.
Elsuki does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, reliability, clinical applicability, or continued validity of educational content available through any part of the Platform or related communication channels. Customers are strongly advised to consult qualified healthcare professionals or licensed physicians before making healthcare-related decisions, beginning treatment, interpreting medical conditions, altering medications, or acting upon any health-related information available through Elsuki.
Preventive Health Disclaimer
Health packages, wellness recommendations, and preventive screening suggestions displayed on the Platform are intended solely for general wellness and preventive healthcare awareness purposes and should not be interpreted as medical advice or treatment recommendations.
No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Use of the Platform does not establish any doctor-patient, laboratory-patient, advisory, fiduciary, physician, or healthcare provider relationship between Elsuki and the Customer.
Force Majeure
Elsuki shall not be liable for delays, booking failures, report delays, service interruptions, rescheduling, or operational disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, lockdowns, internet outages, strikes, transportation failures, power outages, government restrictions, or technical failures.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Amendments
Elsuki reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
