Medical Reports & Privacy
Medical reports uploaded by partner laboratories are intended to be accessible only to the respective customer through their secure account. Elsuki does not routinely access, review, or monitor customer medical reports except where required for technical support, security purposes, legal compliance, fraud prevention, system maintenance, or upon explicit user authorization.

Data Retention

Account Deletion & Data Retention
Upon approval of an account deletion request, Elsuki will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account wherever reasonably possible. However, certain transactional, financial, operational, and compliance-related records, including order history, invoices, GST records, payout records, audit logs, dispute records, and other legally required information, may be retained for the period required under applicable laws, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, security purposes, or dispute resolution.
Account deletion requests may be delayed or declined where necessary to complete ongoing orders, resolve disputes, prevent fraudulent activity, enforce contractual obligations, or comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. In cases where a deletion request is declined, users may be required to wait for a limited cooldown period before submitting another deletion request.
